All interactions between clients and companions are based on mutual consent. Any arrangements made outside of our agency’s terms are at the individuals' discretion and responsibility.
Eligibility

Service Agreement

Fees paid to the agency are for time and companionship only.

Bookings must be made in advance and confirmed via our official communication channels.
Client Conduct
To ensure a safe and professional environment, all clients must:

Treat companions with respect and dignity.

Not engage in any form of harassment, violence, or illegal activity.

Not request or pressure companions into providing any service outside of what is agreed upon.

Not attempt to negotiate fees or request services not listed.
If a client breaches these conditions, we reserve the right to terminate the booking immediately, and no refund will be provided.
Confidentiality & Privacy
66 Rose’s values privacy and discretion for both clients and companions.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with UK Data Protection laws (GDPR).

We do not share client details with third parties unless required by law.

Clients must not disclose companions' personal details or request personal contact outside of professional arrangements.
Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

If a companion cancels, we will offer an alternative or provide a refund where applicable.
Liability & Disclaimers

66 Rose’s is not responsible for any personal agreements or interactions between companions and clients beyond the official booking.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Amendments to Terms
